Specialising in the field of leadership and management development my greatest achievements have been when working in harsh and challenging changing environments. For the past 7 years I have been invited to work with the University of Derby on business development programmes, post graduate and undergraduate courses. Specifically, in the past 5 years, I developed the University’s Post Graduate Coaching Programme and worked with external companies to develop their own commercially and academically accepted coaching programmes.In addition, I run my own private practice focusing mainly on Executive and Business Coaching - I hold an MA in Coaching Development. I now work with individuals to develop their own businesses and executives who are planning exit strategies for themselves.Apart from being a great friend, Roz is a great coach. She introduced me to Natural Equine Methods and she is the reason that I now own a beautiful thoroughbred ex-racer.The process of re-training my horse, Monty, into Natural Equine methods has been very rewarding. I have been privileged enough to experience things from his point of view - his thought processes, drivers and fears etc. I have also been able to experience first-hand how working with horses can offer great opportunities for self-reflection and understanding, a world that mirrors the process of leadership and management development.
